Frequently asked questions
How do I get a quote?
You can contact us by phone or email with a few details (your postcode, room sizes, and the flooring type you’re considering). We may recommend a site visit to check the subfloor and provide an accurate quote.
Do you offer floor sanding and restoration for wooden floors?
Yes. We sand and restore wooden floors to bring them back to life, including parquet and other solid wood floors. We’ll assess the floor first and recommend the best finish for durability and appearance.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Rugby, Warwickshire and regularly work in nearby areas including Leamington Spa and Warwick. If you’re just outside these areas, get in touch and we’ll confirm availability.
Are you insured, and do you guarantee your work?
Yes—Floormaster Rugby is fully licensed and insured. We take pride in our workmanship and will explain what’s covered for your specific project when we quote.
Do you supply the flooring, or can you fit flooring I’ve already bought?
We can supply and fit flooring, or fit customer-supplied flooring depending on the product and suitability. We’ll always check the condition and specifications first so the installation meets the right standards.
What flooring services do you offer in Rugby and Warwickshire?
We supply and fit premium flooring across Rugby and the surrounding Warwickshire area, including Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), engineered wood, laminate, and solid parquet. We also provide floor sanding and restoration services. (We don’t fit carpet.)
How much does new flooring installation cost?
Costs depend on the flooring type, room size, subfloor condition, and any preparation needed. After a quick chat and (if needed) a site visit, we’ll provide a clear quote covering materials (if supplied) and fitting.
When are you available, and how far ahead do I need to book?
Availability varies throughout the year. Contact us with your preferred dates and we’ll let you know the next available slots and how soon we can start.
